how to use hyperlink (html tag) in messenger (gtalk,yahoo etc)?

I want to send some link(EX: https://www.google.co.in) to my friend in
gtalk (or) yahoo, i want to use hyperlink in messenger, For example, My
description is "hi how r you, visit my photos" (in the place of photos i
want to use hyperlink like https://www.google.co.in, so that when i press
that photos ,automatically it should navigate to respective page, but my
url(https://www.google.co.in) shouldn't visible in chat list, only in chat
list i want to see my description, but clicking the photos it should
navigate. I tried using photos, but in chat list the url doesn't hidden,
it makes me visible. I want that url should be hidden, by clicking
respective hyperlink(photos) it should navigate. Is it possible to do? any
ideas????
